Lodge Vice Treasurer

-Sixth in line of succession when the Lodge Chief cannot be present.
-Be familiar with OA and BSA policies pertaining to Lodge Officers.
-Be familiar with Robert's Rules of Order.
-Keep accurate records of Lodge income and expenses.
-Assist the Secretary in keeping records of dues paid by each member.
-Pay bills as required
-Prepare annual Lodge Budget in compliance with the Lodge Budget Planning Worksheet.
-Issue a report on Lodge finances at all LEC and Lodge meetings.
-Collects and handles all money at OA events and gives a full accounting report to the Lodge Adviser.
-Operates the Trading Post at OA events.
-Corresponds at least monthly with Adviser
-Responsible for input to the Vice-Chief of Communications for inclusion in every Lodge newsletter.
-Attend all Lodge Functions
-Attend all Lodge Executive Committee meetings and Lodge meetings.
-Responsible for all Lodge Money Makers.
