Thank you for visiting Camp Don Harrington! These instructions are for you to use when visiting camp. Please follow them exactly and you should have no problems getting in or out of camp. 1. Please stop at the entry gate and check in with the Campmaster/Ranger. The Campmaster Lodge is plainly marked and the Bulletin Board will let you know how to contact the Campmaster/Ranger if he/she is not there. 2. Once checked in, enter the 4 digit code you were given by the Scout Office. 3. The gate will open and remain open for about 2-3 minutes and then will close behind you. 4. When you depart camp, slowly approach the gate until you hear the gate opening tone. Remain stationary until the gate is fully open and the tone stops. 5. Proceed through the gate. The gate will close behind you after 2-3 minutes. If you have folks arriving at a different time than you, it’s your responsibility to notify them of these procedures and it’s your responsibility to either give them the code to enter once they arrive OR have them contact you via cell phone at their arrival at Camp so you can open the gate by entering the entry code on the key pad. This is everyone’s camp and we must keep it secure. Please do not give out the entry code to those who don’t have the need to know. Codes will be deleted from the system after your departure and will no longer be valid.
