The Order of the Arrow (OA) is Scouting's National Honor Society. The purpose of the OA is to recognize those campers...Scouts and Scouters...who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives and by such recognition cause other campers to conduct themselves in such manner as to warrant recognition. The Nischa Achowalogen Lodge, Order of the Arrow is a part of the Golden Spread Council. We are also responsible to provide this do*****ent as a service to our scouting brothers. We are to promote camping at both the Cub Scout and Boy Scout levels. We are to provide cheerful service to others. Our chain of command is as follows: Supreme Chief of the Fire- Council Scout Executive Lodge Chief- Youth member Lodge Advisor- Adult member We invite you to get involved with the Lodge as it is one of the most rewarding aspects of Scouting. |
